Training Implementation
In the beginning of each training programme an entry level test is given to participants to assess the entry level behavior of the trainees and at the end of training programme exit test is conducted to assess the learning from the training. Also feedback on a structure questionnaire is being taken during the training and at the end of training programme. Training sessions are handled by core faculty of the institute as well as experts from various fields. Reading Material of training programmes is given to each participant. Handouts and reference material is provided during the training.
Training Methodology
A mix of training methods comprising lecture cum discussion Case Studies, Role Play, Games, Group Discussion, Quiz programme and exposure visits are being used depending upon the objective of the training programme/ training session.
Monitoring and Evaluation
After the end of each training programme, we ask each participant to evaluate the training programme. For this purpose they are given a questionnaire for evaluation. We also do evaluation in an informal way in the mid of the training programme. The evaluation from trainees serves useful information to the institute in improving and reframing the training programmes. The performance monitoring of the institute is done by management of the bank very closely. The management takes keen interest in the working of the institute.
